We are fast approaching the climax of the 2015-2016 seasons of the DC Television Universe with only a few episodes of Gotham, Arrow, Lucifer, The Flash, iZombie, Legends of Tomorrow and only one left of the new smash Supergirl. While everyone in fandom has favorite characters from DC Comics, each wing of the DCTVU has a unique feel and a distinct voice. Since being your weekly episodic guide through three shows this season (Supergirl, Arrow, The Flash) I thought it would be fun to try once again to play armchair executive and make some perfect fits for each. Add to this the fact that one of the trio hates the other two and has no memory of why he is attached to them or what he did that got him into this predicament in the first place. The potential for team dynamic skyrockets exponentially. All the while, the forces of an ancient darkness are seeking out (with ill intent, of course) our intrepid heroes in the making. The title is called Trinity of Sin and J.M. Dedicated to the memory of Mike Ramirez Greetings DAMMnation, eXPress Legions and the mighty eXpertComics.com faithful, welcome back to the column that pits two comics against each other in a metaphorical battle royal – Title Fight! As usual we will have the latest and greatest but this week I am trying something different. Instead of reviewing two books that I have never read or reviewed I’m going to put two books from titles I find excellent already and make the newest issues duke it out. Tale of the Tape damm 10Pandora and Disney Kingdoms: Seekers of the Weird are phenomenal titles. Pandora is an ongoing and Seekers is a limited series of 5 issues. Both are far different from their parent genre of superhero and horror respectively and one is from DC one is from Marvel. Pandora is a New 52 original character who was in each of the first issues of the new universe and whose past and identity as a being are till shrouded in mystery but recent events in Forever Evil (DC’s massive crossover in its final throes) have started to unravel them. Currently, Pandora is engaged in a battle to free Zatanna and the rest of the Justice League Dark from Felix Faust. She is atoning for her first sin – opening Pandora ’s Box in the Greek legend.
