tumblr_nfiiogTDjB1rl14rno1_1280It’s been said before that Marvel Studios gamble on Guardians of the Galaxy was possibly one of the most incredible strokes of genius in the history of the superhero movie genre. While Blade was also a bizarre choice as an opener to Marvel’s cinematic history, it also proved that 1) not all superhero movies need A-list stars and 2) not all superheroes wear capes. Switch to what is not classed as the ‘beginning’ of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Iron Man. This origin story propelled the Avengers in to the public consciousness and the anticipation for their combined appearance far exceeded anything that the X-Men had been able to deliver previously. As Marvel sets up the stage for Phase 3 of their master plan, Avengers Age of Ultron is another stepping stone in their dominance over the genre. Read more...

Considering the man in the red suit is already fat and happy why not start a new tradition and leave him a diet beverage and a comic book?
