How Our Pull List Service Works
Step One - Sign In Or Create Your Account
Log into an already existing eXpertComics.com account or create a new one by selecting My Account from the main menu. Existing members can proceed to My Subscriptions on the main menu and you'll access your inbox. To create an account select the Register Now button from the My Account page and fill out the form fields. Once completed hit the Create Account button and you're done!
Step Two - Let Us Know What You Want*
The first time you click on the My Subscription page, you will be asked to setup your settings then pick the titles you wish to subscribe to monthly. Here you can select your preferred payment method (Pay Pal, Credit Card, Interac), your frequency of shipments, and how you would like to pick up your books (Ship, Local Pick Up). Select all the titles/series/one-shots you want from the available list and press ADD COMIC. Your titles will appear in the column on the right side. (You can select multiple titles if you hold the Ctrl Key) Once you are done just hit CONFIRM at the bottom of the page.
*You must have a credit card on file in order to qualify for a subscription. Any other accepted method of payment can be used, however a credit card is required to avoid fraudulent subscriptions. Credit card numbers are never stored on our servers, they are managed by credit card service provider PSiGate.
Step Three - Submit Your List
Once you have setup your subscription, your will be directed to the My Subscription page, where it will show you all the upcoming issues for the series/titles you have selected for your subscription. Here you can adjust the quantities or ignore a certain issue should you choose to. You have between Friday and Tuesday to submit your list edits for the upcoming release date. All Inboxes will be processed automatically Tuesday evenings EST, securing all the ordered issues and quantities on the Pull List.
Under My Subscription you can also select any available upcoming variants you would like to have. Variants are ordered roughly 3-8 weeks ahead of the release date, once they arrive in-stock they will be automatically added to your Inbox. Please be aware that you will be unable to remove a variant that you have placed an order for.
Step Four - Payment And Shipping
Once you have reached the end of your subscription period, your inbox will become your invoice (Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly). By logging into our subscription you will be able to submit payment (Paypal, Credit Card, Interac). Your books will then be ready for shipping. You can track your payments and shipping under My Accounts. If you do not manually submit payment within a week of your closed invoice, our system will automatically process the payment using the credit card you have stored on file.
An e-mail alert will be sent letting you know that the next month's batch of comics has been posted, so you can add or remove the books you want. You will be able to edit / remove your books on a week to week basis.
We will reward you for referring your friends / family for subscriptions, below you will find a list of discounts you can obtain for referring a certain amount of friends and family.
Every discount level you achieve that is how much we will be add to your current discount rate, they must have active subscriptions to make it count.
Our discount is at 1:2 ratio, for every one person you refer you get 2% bonus, if you find better tell us we will match it!
2 Subscriptions Referrals: +4% Bonus
4 Subscriptions Referrals: +8% Bonus
8 Subscriptions Referrals: +16% Bonus
12 Subscriptions Referrals: +24% Bonus
Example: If you have a current discount of 20% and refer 8 new subscribers, your new discount will be 36% off on any subscription title you select. New referred subscriptions must be a minimum of 10 monthly titles and the new discount will not be applied until the referred subscriber has completed a full monthly billing cycle.
