Shipping Information

To insure arrival for Christmas, holiday orders MUST be submitted by the following dates*:

Next Day : December 23rd 8AM

2nd Day : December 22nd 8AM

Canada (Xpresspost Only): December 16th 8AM

United States (Xpresspost Only): December 16th, 8AM

International (Xpresspost Only): December 12th, 8AM

International (Xpresspost Only): December 12th, 8AM

* We strongly encourage earlier ordering as these dates are not guaranteed, due to high holiday traffic.

 

Qualifying domestic orders over $100.00 (before applicable taxes) will be shipped free by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Free Shipping applies to all domestic orders of comic books, graphic novels, magazines, back issues*, statues, toys and DVDs that exceed $100.00 - simply select the free Expedited Parcel shipping option during checkout. Free Shipping also does apply on Subscription Orders.

* Free shipping applies to Canadian orders only, not for United States Or International Orders. Back Issues and Graded books of important value may require insurance and may be subject to standard shipping charges.

 

Subscription Orders:

Your shipping costs are determined on the weight of your comics added products into your subscription box, this applies for Canada, USA and International Orders. Free Shipping is only applied to Subscription Customers shipping within Canada and the order is over $100.00 (one order, no combined ordering allowed).

Domestic Orders:

All domestic orders are shipped within 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). EXCEPTION: New releases ordered in advance will be shipped 48-72hrs after the Wednesday they are released. Please note that problems relating to credit card status or billing information provided by the customer can delay shipping. Other delays may arise from books not arriving as scheduled and/or books that may have arrived damaged and require replacement copies.

International Orders Including United States:

After you submit your order, the system will automatically calculate the different shipping options available to you and display them for you to choose one. After you approve an option your order will be processed. Please be aware of any duties or fees required by customs in your country. eXpertComics.com is not responsible for paying them.
