Shipping:
When will my order ship (Domestic and International)?
Your order will be shipped out in 48-72hrs after payment is received and confirmed without incident, this is for both domestic and international shipping. Domestic shipping can take between 2 to 5 days to arrive, USA purchases can take between 4 to 12 days to arrive and International shipments can take between 7 to 14 days to arrive. Parcel's may sometimes take longer to arrive than lettermail due to their size. Please contact us for any concerns or additional shipping information.
What are our shipping methods?
Purchases of 3 comics or less will be shipped out as Packets, securely protected and placed in golden thick envelopes to make sure they arrive intact. This method applies to all shipping locations. Purchases of 4 comics or more will be shipped as parcels, where the comics will be securely placed in a box and padded around to make sure the comics do not move or get damaged in transit.
Holiday and Weekend orders - are they delayed?
All purchases and shipments during holidays or weekends will be delayed due to the fact that most post offices are closed, and so our warehouse. Normal shipping will commence the day after a holiday to ensure that your package arrives fast and safely.
All purchases can be picked up if enough time is provided to have your order ready for you. If you wish to pick up your order you will have to follow the normal payment cycle, and then contact us after the order has been placed, letting us know you wish to pick up your order. Local pick-up is available once a month during specific hours at a designated location.
When do you ship new releases?
We ship new releases within two days after release dates, most comics are released on a Wednesday. Purchases made on that day or before that date for which payment has been received, will be shipped out Thursday or Friday. Our official shipping days are every Tuesday and Friday.

In what condition do the books arrive?
The condition of the books are supplied for each comic / product display page, we do follow a strict grading guide, if a product arrives in a condition other than the one listed on the product page please feel free to contact us. The majority of books arrive in NM (Near Mint) condition: 9.2 - 9.8 and all come bag and boarded at no additional charge.
All of our books are 1st prints unless otherwise stated. We do carry 2nd or higher prints and other reprint books, and each listing will clearly be identified as variant and/or reprints. If there is a book you would like in an another print other than first please feel free to contact us. We'll verify its availability.
When do you post new releases?
We post new releases for an upcoming week every Friday and Saturday. Preorders and new titles available are posted within a week of a new Previews monthly release so that you can secure your copies well in advance. We suggest looking at our subscription page to see the many features included in activating an subscription with us.
Can I buy new releases before Wednesday?
You are able to buy releases before Wednesday, you may preorder the issues if they are posted on the website to non subscription members, subscription members will need to select the title and update their subscriptions to have new issues included.
What are your return policies on new releases?
New releases can be returned for a full refund (may come in form of Paypal, Cheque or Exchange, Credit Card payments are non-refundable), all you have to do is return the product to us within 14 days of the original purchase, in the same condition it was shipped out. Products that arrive back to us damaged will be held until return shipping is supplied, and no refund will be made.

What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept a variety of payments methods. Accepted methods are Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Paypal is accepted. Money Orders are accepted, as well, and Cash is accepted for local pickups only. We also do accept Interac for only Canadian Customers. We are hoping to accept Google Checkout in the near future.
What should I do if my credit card is declined?
If your credit card gets declined, you can revise your payment to make sure all your details are correct. We match your credit card to your address to make sure the transaction is not fraudulent. We do not process payments until your order is ready to ship, but during the shopping cart process we verify if your payment is authorized, if checkout fails please try an alternative payment method. If there is still a problem that persists feel free to contact us for support.
What currency are your prices in?
We post and process all our products in CDN (Canadian Currency) as it is a universal currency on the internet, for Money Orders, Cash we do accept CDN (Canadian Currency) as well. For American customers, the conversion rate will be processed by Paypal or the user's Credit Card provider.
We will accept cash only for local picks ups, please do not mail cash as we can not be held responsible for missing mail.
General Ordering Information:
Can I add books to my order after it has been placed?
You will not be able to add any more books after your order has been placed or your inbox is awaiting payment, you will be unable to update the invoice online. You can contact us and we can attempt to add it manually if possible. If there is a mistake and an incorrect product was selected please contact us to either amend the order or swap the product out with the correct one you wished to purchase (if it is of the same value).
What is not available or on backorder?
All listed products on the site are available for ordering unless they are Sold Out. Should you wish you to order a product or item that is not listed on the website, feel free to contact us and we'll verify its availability. If it is not sold out we will gladly order it for you.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will be able to check the status of your order by looking under My Accounts and then under the Invoices / Orders link. There you will find all your invoices and purchases which will be displayed. You can verify the status of the current invoice to see if it is being processed, completed, or shipped.
Subscription Information:
What is the deadline for modifying my subscription?
The cut-off deadline to modify your subscription is Tuesday of the week the books are due to release. New books are posted for subscriptions on every Friday and/or Saturday for the upcoming week, providing up until Tuesday 18:00 EST to review your subscription before the books are released Wednesday Morning. If you do not submit your subscription list by Tuesday evening it will be automatically processed for you. Please do not email us to adjust your quantities as this can only be done online. This is to ensure the accuracy of our weekly orders on available products and to make sure we have the proper quantities to supply all customers.
What is my subscription shipping cost?
Your shipping cost for your subscription will be based on the amount of books you have subscribed to, you will clearly see the shipping cost under the My Account -> Subscription link. This cost is automatically tied into and provided by Canada Post online servers.
How can I have additional items shipped with my subscription titles this week?
You may select to subscribe to other titles by either selecting them from the store and adding them to your subscription, or you can go to My Accounts and select the Subscription link to modify your subscription titles; there you will be to add or remove available titles as you wish.
